Join Paladin as a Residential Program Manager and help shape safe, supportive homes for adults with developmental disabilities. You’ll guide a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who make every day meaningful for the individuals we serve.

This isn’t just management — it’s mission-driven leadership that builds independence, dignity, and joy for the people in our care.

  • Opportunities to train, mentor, and grow other staff

  • A job that makes a real difference — every day

We also offer:

  • Paid training and professional development

  • Support from an experienced leadership team

  • Local, community-based work (no extensive travel required)

  • Promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusion

You’ll also represent Paladin in the community, strengthening relationships and advocating for people with disabilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supervising staff in a residential or disability-services setting (required)

  • A passion for empowering people and improving quality of life

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead with empathy under pressure

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (rehabilitation, social services, or humanities) preferred

  • Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
