Do you have a heart for people and a talent for leadership?
Join Paladin as a Residential Program Manager and help shape safe, supportive homes for adults with developmental disabilities. You’ll guide a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who make every day meaningful for the individuals we serve.
This isn’t just management — it’s mission-driven leadership that builds independence, dignity, and joy for the people in our care.
At Paladin, you’ll be part of a team that values compassion, collaboration, and community. We know residential management is demanding work, and we believe in supporting the people who make it happen.
What our Program Managers appreciate most:
The fulfillment of helping residents live full, self-directed lives
A positive, team-oriented workplace that celebrates progress
Opportunities to train, mentor, and grow other staff
A job that makes a real difference — every day
We also offer:
Paid training and professional development
Support from an experienced leadership team
Local, community-based work (no extensive travel required)
The Residential Program Manager ensures that each home in our program runs smoothly and that participants receive the highest standard of care — medically, socially, and emotionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality, person-centered services
Supervising, coaching, and developing residential staff
Leading interdisciplinary team meetings and maintaining strong communication with families and guardians
Managing staff schedules, training compliance, and documentation
Monitoring participants’ health, financial, and behavioral supports
Responding to incidents, implementing improvement plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance
Promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusion
You’ll also represent Paladin in the community, strengthening relationships and advocating for people with disabilities.
Experience supervising staff in a residential or disability-services setting (required)
A passion for empowering people and improving quality of life
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead with empathy under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (rehabilitation, social services, or humanities) preferred
Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to adjust schedule to program needs
If you’re ready to lead with purpose — to build homes filled with respect, connection, and care — we’d love to meet you.
